Ron Collis
Principal
Ron Collis has carried out a wide range of research projects provincially, nationally and internationally. He has conducted projects in market research, business planning, human resources planning, client satisfaction, employee perception, statistical forecasting and polling. His clients have ranged from non-profit organizations, social service agencies, school boards, hospitals, healthcare, to financial regulators, energy and mining companies.
Ron has more than 20 years experience conducting cultural, health and industrial research projects. He has a master’s degree in research methods, statistics and experimental psychology from York University with further graduate training at Duke University. He began his career as a Bio-Statistician at the Addiction Research Foundation (now the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health).
Ron has also served as contract faculty at Durham College in Oshawa where he taught courses in Statistics, Research Methods, Business Computer Applications and Social Media. He is past president of the Clarington Board of Trade and is involved in numerous other community initiatives. He is a recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Award in recognition of his contribution to community service.

Trevor Snooks
CTO
Trevor has more than 20 years experience in the technology industry; having been a founder of a successful technology business as well as performing in product, development, and executive roles at prominent technology organizations.
Trevor has led teams through building vast Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) products which have supported large and demanding user bases, has led stand-alone products to SAAS platform migrations, and has extensive knowledge and experience in web application development and security.

Pamela Tume

Pamela Tume is an established technical and governance leader with more than 20 years of nuclear experience in project, engineering, compliance and corporate roles. Industry has recognized her for the high quality of strategic governance consultancy services in the areas of Nuclear Safety and Security, Human Performance Excellence, Organizational Behavioral and Culture analysis and Intellectual Property development and brand protection. As the Nuclear Canada Company Security Officer, she is a key enabler of the Government of Canada Security Policy for Commercial and New Power sector technologies to the Classified level and implementation of the Public Service and Procurement Canada requirements. Pamela holds both an Honors and Master’s degrees in Physics and a Doctorate in Nuclear Engineering and was the beneficiary of National Defense and NSERC funding and a post-doctoral research fellowship.

Daniel Waycik

Daniel Waycik brings 10+ years experience working in the non-profit sector leading projects focused on operational capacity development. Daniel specializes on projects that leverage internal capacity and focus on empowering the individual.
Daniel specializes in community and organizational safety and security practice from working from both an operational and a cultural perspective. He has over a decade of experience in the commercial security industry including event security, event traffic management, private investigations, crime prevention, community safety & wellbeing planning. Working with business improvement zones, music festivals, as well as small and large municipalities.
Daniel has a proven capacity for flexible project management & support, demonstrating flexibility when it comes to work within different unique organizations. Daniel takes a systemic change approach to creating solutions, supporting the inherent functions within a community instead of displacing them.
